Browser configuration:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer^® (IE) 8 is supported.
• Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 7 version is supported.
• Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 6 is supported. Please note that IE 6 with service packs less than 3 lack optimal
  performance. We strongly recommend upgrading to a minimum of Service Pack 3.
• Mozilla Firefox version 2 or higher is supported for both the Windows and Mac OS X platforms. Firefox 3.6
  causes some minor screen formatting issues.

Settings:
Internet zone security level: Medium-high
Cookies: Accept Session Cookies. Accept First-Party Cookies
Use SSL 3.0
JavaScript must be enabled.

Other configuration notes:

• Use of Oncomine 4 on the Mac OS X platform is supported for Mozilla Firefox 2 or higher only.
  Safari is not supported.
• Results are best viewed on a monitor set to 1280 x 1024.
• A high-speed Internet connection is recommended.

Corporate Infrastructure Recommendations for Optimal Performance

Connectivity: High-speed Internet connectivity (dial up service is not recommended.)

Firewalls: Freely allow traffic from www.oncomine.com.

Processing Web Traffic:

• Proxy Servers: Use non-caching services.
• Check for user authentication on the initial request and once authenticated, allow subsequent requests without authentication.
• Add www.oncomine.com to a "safe" or "white" list as a trusted site.
