- Use of Oncomine 4 on the Mac OS X platform is supported for Mozilla Firefox 2 or higher only.

- A high-speed Internet connection is recommended.
Corporate Infrastructure Recommendations for Optimal Performance
Connectivity: High-speed Internet connectivity (dial up service is not recommended.)
Firewalls: Freely allow traffic from www.oncomine.com.
Processing Web Traffic:
- Proxy Servers: Use non-caching services.
- Check for user authentication on the initial request and once authenticated, allow subsequent requests without authentication.
- Add www.oncomine.com to a ‘safe’ or ‘white’ list as a trusted site.
